Long Distance Relationship Question!?

Long Distance Relationship Question!?
Okay so me and this girl have been talking since October 2009, We met thru mutual friends on Facebook. I live in Missouri and shit lives in Washington. We have discussed each one of us potentially moving to each others state. Well we have come to the conclusion that it would be best for her to move here. We talk for at least 16 hours a day via phone/txt. We go to each other for everything and tell each other everything, basically we are very dependent on each other. THE PROBLEM IS she will not commit to anything, where as ive committed to the whole idea months ago. Ive been giving it my all to make her just agree to everything. Shes very indecisive about the whole thing. One day she says "This is what I want, but I don't know if its what I need" then the next day she says "I just don't know if this is what I want" HOW DO I MAKE HER UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS FOR THE BEST? WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF SHE IS VERY DEPENDENT ON ME? (which i love that she is dependent because it makes me feel like she NEEDS me). She always says that this situation ISNT easy, when in all reality it IS VERY easy. All she has to do is commit and buy her plane ticket for July (that's when the moving will occur) PLEASE HELP ME IN GETTING WHAT I WANT. DOES ANYONE THINK SHE IS REALLY INTERESTED? SHE SAYS SHE "LOVES ME" ALL THE TIME. but sometimes i dont feel it i forgot to add that she came to visit me for a week in February and things went great. :)

Unfortunately, she's a person, just like you. Which means it's no longer about WHAT YOU WANT, but about WHAT'S BEST FOR BOTH OF YOU AS A COUPLE. You can't control her, and you can't control her needs. Probably would be a good idea to back off for a while.
2 :
No it's not as easy as buying a plane ticket and moving. Remember she would be leaving behind her family, friends, home, job etc. Have the two of you even met in person? Honestly it sounds a little bit like maybe you guys just got caught up in a romantic fantasy type thing. You can't force major life decisions on someone. If you really are in love and committed, just slow it down, what's the rush. Have her come for a visit instead of just packing up and moving her life.

3 :
ok..you never met in person? here's what i would do. go a whole day without contact (oooooh i know this is hard to do) maybe half a day. if she asks...you had an earlier commitment to (fill in the blank). 3 days later...you were too busy with (fill in the blank) this is not a head game...you are training yourself to back off some so you won't get hurt bad if she doesn't want to move there. also, you can test this out to see if she said things like" i really missed you" as apposed to "i really needed you". start deterring yourself a bit..(go to a movie, read some books, etc) she might be interested in someone else, but i dont think so, but she might be. good luck..

question about long distance dating - guys answers?

question about long distance dating - guys answers?
The guy that is currently my boyfriend just moved from Tennessee back to New York to live with his Dad and his new family ( his parents are divorced) we first met when we were in 7th grade and we began to lose contact during the middle of freshmen year and didn't speak again until June 2010. He was in NY visiting September 2010 and we ended up hanging out talking about the past and both mentioned we had extreme crushes when we were younger - he never knew I liked him back. We kissed right before he left and kept in contact through facebook chat, texting, and phone calls. He finally decided to move back to NY for good & is currently here now. I know my boyfriend was a big partier back in Tennessee, huge parties tons of alcohol girls and hooking up. At the time we never really discussed exclusivity but due to the fact we kept in touch for 2 months waiting for him to return for Thanksgiving braek I knew a relationship was in the works. He mentioned a story about some girl he was once invovled with was ohdee drunk throwing herself on him trying to kiss him while he was midconversation with his friends. He said he was like pushing her off - but now that he mentioned that story I feel as if there were more of those situations. We were listening to Jonny Craig in his car recently and one verse goes "I have a queen why would settle for a fucking maid." and he said that's this song describes he's whole time away from me in Tennessee. question : Relating to my circumstancs the fact that I basically grew up with him - If you really liked a girl but knew distance was going to keep you away for a while would you hook up with other girls as long as she didn't know? I had mentioned to him that I waited for him for 3 months meaning no other guys but he really didn't say no I did absolutely nothing with any other girl.

well im currently am...well was from today...in a long distance relationship, i hadnt seen her for 2 months, but i kept faithful to her, i didnt cheat and not meaning to sound vain, i have girls asking me to jump into bed with them quite a lot, but when a guy likes a girl a lot, or even loves a girl, he wont cheat and will stay faithful :) if you're confident he really likes you, then he will have stayed faithful, in my opinion, if he rejected it once, he probably rejected it all the times he had oppertunities :) hope i helped
2 :
Long distance relationships can work but that depends on the people involved. I have seen them work out but in most cases they tend to fail. Most guys will hook up with another girl just because what you don't know won't hurt you and will deal with the consequences if or when they arise. You either trust him or not.

Why is neither the left or right reporting this news about the WH crashers and Obama connection?

Why is neither the left or right reporting this news about the WH crashers and Obama connection?
I'm puzzled and I would just like some opinions and what is the angle - I can't figure it out! Why the secret service is investigating itself, the white house is investigating and the couple are not discussing that the husband and Obama worked at the Univ of Chicago together and he worked on Obama's campaign - they know eachother and they act like they've never met! There is no way to link so I'll paste, but here's the original stories: http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/17310 http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=117478 And cut and paste for the rest of you: "Unprecedented” first state dinner in a tent “Party Crashers” had five-year relationship with Obama before state dinner Judi McLeod Bio Print friendly E-mail a friend Contact Us By Judi McLeod Saturday, November 28, 2009 While the big gun media and American Secret Service are out there investigating “party crashers” Tareq and Michaele Salahi, no one’s telling the truth: Obama knew the Salahis when he was still an Illinois senator. Polo Contacts Worldwide could make it easy for the investigating Secret Service by brown-enveloping them this picture: Hey Secret Agent Man, here’s Obama, the senator flashing his pearly whites with Randy Jackson, better known as a judge on American Idol. “Others pictured are Black Eyed Peas Rock Band; Tareq Salahi the President of the America’s Polo Cup; President Elect Obama, Fergie from Black eyed Peas and Michaele Salahi, posing this time as a former Miss USA and SuperModel.” Interesting little detail for White House gumshoes: As the above photo was published in June 2005, Barack Obama was still Senator Obama and not the President Elect. And with Michaele Salahi yesterday having been caught out—Facebook pompoms notwithstanding—as a bogus cheerleader for the Washington Red Skins and not a model for Victoria’s Secret as claimed, Canada Free Press (CFP) leaves it to FoxNews.com to find out if she ever was a “former Miss USA”. We do know for a fact that among the slew of memberships on charitable boards, Tareq Salahi is a former member of The American Task Force on Palestine (ATFP). The only way to know for a fact is because even though ATFP scrubbed all references to Salahi as a board member, he can still be found on Google cache. (Canada Free Press) Sad that White House Secret Service are looking like Keystone Kops in the aftermath of Obama’s very first state house dinner in the tent. While the media is fixated on the hitch in Michaele Salahi’s git-along, there can be no doubt that these recently minted “party crashers” really get around. We take you back to June 9, 2005 when Tom Nelson, operating officer of AARP, was summing up the Rock the Vote Awards night. According to the Washington Post “everyone from Sens. John McCain and Barack Obama to “American Idol” judge Randy Jackson and R&B singer Mya gathered in the National Building Museum’s Great Hall: “You were probably wondering, as you sat down at your table, ‘What the heck is the AARP doing in a Rock the Vote Event?’” Nelson noted. Time would soon tell that the AARP would show up in other fishy places. And if there is anyone who must know that this weekend’s party crasher story is a crock it’s John McCain who was at the Vote Awards Night, and who along with Barack Obama, was honored with the Rock the Nation Award, Obama “for forming a multiracial coalition in winning his seat”. McCain was handed his award for “his work on campaign finance reform”. “Just call me Funk Master McCain,” he told the audience of 1,000 in accepting his award.: (washingtonpost.com, June 9, 2005. Meanwhile, don’t know why Obama’s long time associates possibly could be mistaken for party crashers when they came into the tent with a Bravo Reality TV Show “Real Housewives of DC” professional camera crew and makeup artist in tow unless he was hoping for a Reality gig for wife Michelle, CBS celebrity Katie Couric or Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel. Obama could end the “party crasher” goose chase for White House Secret Service in a proverbial New York Minute by coming clean on his almost 5-year-old social/political relationship with Tareq and Michaele Salahi. It could save money in these recessionary times and put an end to the drama of Washington’s “unprecedented” first state dinner in a tent WorldNetDaily Exclusive White House 'gatecrashers' tied to terror sympathizer Salahi served in same anti-Israel group as Obama's Palestinian professor pal -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Posted: November 29, 2009 5:12 pm Eastern By Aaron Klein © 2009 WorldNetDaily Rashid Khalidi The Virginia couple who allegedly crashed a White House state dinner is tied to Rashid Khalidi, a pro-Palestinian professor who excuses terrorism and has been a close associate to President Obama. Do tell. Somehow, I knew it was Obama's fault.

They don't want to let people know that Hussein is hanging around muslim terrorists. They were busy talking about Tiger Woods' fire hydrant. Fox News is far from conservative, it's exactly the same as CNN and other liberal news outlets.
3 :
If that is true, then why didn't Obama just come right out and say so? He is such a wishy washy person and does not like to be clear and precise about anything. And libs on answers support him? the Loons following the Loon I guess.

Headline News reported they were 0bama's coke connection.

Well if the guy DID know the President from before and said that then it probably helped him get in. But who really cares? What are they supposed to pay the taxpayer back for the shrimp cocktails they ate?

Is it hard to find a new best friend in a new high school?

Is it hard to find a new best friend in a new high school?
I moved states (From Florida to Washington!) For the moment I'm being home schooled so I can start school next year. I've been feeling REALLY really lonely :( I have nobody and I'm getting sick of my family being the only people I see everyday. I really long for a bestfriend, I have certain qualities that my old BFF had that I would like to find in a new one. But I've known her since we were 10, I checked her facebook just now, she's long gone and has forgotten about me because of a fight we had, I feel really guilty, it was all my fault and I deeply regret everything. But now that I'm starting new I was wondering how hard would it be in high school to find a life best friend with all the qualities I want (they're not a while lot, just that she has to like animals a whole lot, to be sensitive and caring one who no matter what won't ditch me) I have no trouble making friends, I'm pretty eccentric have many cool things to discuss, I'm very confident etc. But I'm not looking for someone to call every now and then, I'm looking for someone's shoulder to lie on. Please help, I'm so lonely it's making me sick.

Finding friends shouldn't be too difficult. Be yourself and see what will happen.

What are my legal options against a police officer who arrested my son and lied in court?

What are my legal options against a police officer who arrested my son and lied in court?
I will try to be brief: While my son and I were visiting his high school this summer for a meeting with the football coach and guidance office, a police detective approached us. The detective asked if I could bring my son to police headquarters to discuss an incident that occurred on July 4th. We immediately went to police headquarters and talked to the detective outside, He asked if he could speak with my son alone, for which I objected. He then stated that my son was NOT under suspicion for ANY crimes, and was simply seeking information about a July 4th incident. My son indicated that he didn't know what occurred on July 4th and couldn't offer any information. The detective was insistent about speaking with my son alone. I objected, but my 17 yr old son offered to speak to the detective alone, since he didn't have anything to hide. Well, what resulted from this was my son being photographed and fingerprinted against his will. My son told me what happened, and I immediately requested answers from the detective. Two days later, the detective called my home and requested that my son return to the police department for more questions. When I told him I would not bring him back, on the advice of our attorney, the detective informed me that my son was going to be arrested for a crime that occurred on July 20th. The evidence used to make the arrest was the photograph the detective took of my son two days prior. Please note, my son had a clear record prior to this arrest. My son had to endure weeks in a juvenile detention center before we could go to trial. Unknown to the detective, the following facts existed: 1) My family returned home from a two week vacation on July 19, and I was able to account for my son's movements for the entire day on July 20. 2) The police report and the victim's statement indicated that the person who committed the crime has a close cut hair style. On July 20th my son had long twisted hair about 8 inches long. I provided video and photographs from a wedding my family attended on July 18 some 500 miles away. My son cut his hair five days prior to meeting the detective because he was getting ready for football season. 3) During the time of the incident he was charged with, he was on his Facebook account chatting with numerous friends. This information was provided at trial by certified records from Facebook. To sum this up, my son's trial showed how the detective lied on numerous occasions. His testimony at trial didn't match his written statement or the testimony of the victim. The victim and the detective called each other liars during the trial. Thankfully, the trial judge found the detective's actions were deceitful and not creditable, and my son was found not involved in the crime. My wife and I want to seek legal action against the detective, as my son lost over four weeks of school as a result of being in a juvenile detention center; missed out on his football season (my son is among the Top 5 sprinters in the state of Maryland); and was a mental and financial drain for us. Can we do anything? Thank you For the person who insist the information I provided is false, my son's case number is JA-09-1414 in the state of Maryland. Everything I stated in my question can be substantiated. I posted my question in the hopes that I can obtain useful information as to my next course of action. To answer the question as to why I went to the police station and let the detective speak to my son: Because I feared the police/detective would have simply picked my son up at some later point and taken him to the police station and called me after the fact. I felt I was cooperating fully, and since my son assured me he was not involved in anythig, we had nothing to worry about. Order of Events: 8/10/09 - Date when my son & I went to high school, was approached by the detective, and when my son spoke with the detective. Detective was waiting at the school. Per his testimony at trial, he contacted the school ahead of time and the school informed him that my son and I were going to be there. 8/12/09 - Date my son was arrested. 8/13/09 - My son was detained and sent to juvenile detention center to await merit hearing (trial). 9/8/09 - Original date of trial. Trial was postponed until October 13 to allow our attorney to obtain records from Facebook. 9/1509 - My son was released from juvenile detention center under Electronic Monitoring. Merits Hearing (Trial) is again postponed until 11/5/09 to allow Facebook time to produce Certified Records of my son's account. 11/509 - Merit Hearing (Trial). My son was found Not Involved (Not Guilty) of all counts. Judge also reprimanded detective for his conduct in handling this case. Other Dates: 7/4/09 - During the July 4th fireworks celebration in our town, a young man was robbed of his skateboard. My son was at the celebration with his girlfriend, and the person accused of the robbery was a former friend of my son. This was the reason the detective claimed why he wanted to talk to my son. 7/20/09 - A person was assualted and robbed of his cellphone by a group of young men in the same area as the skateboard incident. Based on the testimony of the detective, he believed my son was involved because of his past friendships. When my son spoke to the detective on 8/10/09, he was never asked about the incident on 7/20/09. His entire written statement was one paragraph that stated he had no knowledge of what happened on 7/4/09. The detective showed the victim a picture of my son on 8/11/09, and the victim indicated my son "could have been" one of the people who attacked him and stole his cell phone. This was the detective's basis for arresting my son. The importance of the hairstyle is that my son's hair was about 7-8 inches long, styled in a twist. The victim's police statement indicated the attacker had a short, close cut hairstyle. My son cut his hair on 8/5/09, 16 days after the incident, because he was getting ready for football season, and he couldn't afford paying $50 every three weeks to have his hair styled. The Facebook records were critical because it showed my son was home with me at the time, and was on his computer. Our attorney need to show it was impossible to be at the crime scene, which was three miles from my home, and on his computer chatting with friends. As for the detective lying: During the trial, detective indicated that he went to the victim's home to show him photos of possible suspects. However, the victim testified he went to the police station and looked at some photo books. On 8/11/09, the detective showed him a photo of my son and said "he believes we have the right guy". At that time he picked the photo of my son. All of this is on record and part of the trial testimony. Also, when I arrived at the police station with my son, I asked the detective if I need to have my attorney here, or if my son was under suspicion for anything. He said "no". But he testified that he informed me my son was a suspect. This was challenged during cross examination, and he eventually recanted some of his previous testimony, where he "assumed" I was informed of the information.

I didn't read past paragraph one, but... 1) WHY did you go to the police station? 2) WHY did you let him speak to your son? You failed as parents.
2 :
first talk to an attorney. next I would seek to file suit against the city, the police department, the corrections department, and the detective, and police chief personally. (You may want to include personally the mayor, and certain members of the city council.) Since the police officer, was an employee of the city, the entire change of command was responsible for his actions. since you did not mention that they intend to punish the cop for his actions, then by omission, they supported it. Therefore, since they are supporting illegal and immoral acts that negatively impact the citizens, then they must also be held liable. No one that has come forward to repremand the detective, should be included as well.
3 :
You can call your area "Legal Aid Society" or talk to the "States Attorney" office for your area and ask them. It doesn't sound good at all. Your son who is in high school, is a team player and is well adapted socially was forced to be in "Juvie" with all the real horrible losers? This detective will do this again if he isn't reprimanded.
4 :
i have came to a conclusion , this story you have told is false, a lie, fairytale, not true, fib, and the list goes on. shame on you coming to this site telling such to innocent people that are somewhat easy to believe anything that liars like you tell. shame on you, shame shame shame shame shame shame shame shame.

They're caught in a conundrum because they have a fetish for Islam because they want to use it against us, yet it happens to be the most oppressive, violent, and anti-Left religion out there. They will fight to put some make-up on Islam to make it appear more tolerable so that it can expand and gain a better stranglehold in the West, but at the same time it is going to turn on them and do them in. Meanwhile, the Left wants to put us, the only ones who understand the real danger of Islam, in a very similar choke-hold of their own. Truly darkened minds and deceived by their lusts. == http://rr-bb.com/showthread.php?151041-Victims-of-the-bully They are laying a groundwork for persecuting Christians. Am I sucidal? No. I dread going into work sometimes, I avoid him if at all possible, but I'm not killing myself over it. The media is trying to build a foundation: Christianity is hate speech (Bible verses protesting homosexuality); "Hate speech" is bullying. Bullying causes suicide (NOT TRUE). Ergo, Christian beliefs, when expressed, lead to suicide. We have to restrict this! I can see it VERY clearly. It's not about bullying at all; it's about taking away our rights to speak of Jesus and the Bible. I think the persecutors are the first to claim they are persecuted. That site is for morons, as you can see. The theological notion of a "rapture" was invented 170 years ago. In 1830, in Port Glasgow, Scotland, fifteen year old Margaret MacDonald had a vision concerning the return of Christ. Her vision was adopted by John Nelson Darby a British minister and founder of a denomination called the "Plymouth Brethern." In 1909, an American, C. I. Scofield, pubished an annotated version of the "King James" translation of the Bible called the "Scofield Reference Bible." Scofield's annotations were based on the theology of John Nelson Darby. The "Scofield Reference Bible" popularized the teachings of Darby. Fundamentalist Christians in the U. S. adopted Scofield's Bible as authoritative. With the rise of fundamentalism in the U. S. in recent years, the popularity of the theological notion of the "rapture" has also gained popularity.

My ex broke up with me (I STILL LOVE HIM) and wants nothing to do with me, how do I forget him!!!?

My ex broke up with me (I STILL LOVE HIM) and wants nothing to do with me, how do I forget him!!!?
I met my ex on a Middle Eastern Dating website, we talked on the phone for a week, he flew to Boston a few times to see me since he was living in Ohio trying to start his career as a doctor. Everything went great, the chemistry was there, he met my family, my friends, even my BOSS....I fell in love with him so fast, and he claimed to have the same feelings for me...we even decided he would have his family go to my family and ask for my hand (thats how our culture does it) On Thursday December 4th, I was talking to him online from work like we usually did and we started discussing the wedding, me moving to Ohio and everything seemed great. Later on that afternoon, he came online and was absolutely livid!! He told me he had gone on my FACEBOOK account and read past messages from a guy I had never met, and the messages were from a year and 3 months ago!!!! The messages included pet names, somewhat sexual content and sometimes hinted towards us meeting and maybe getting married. BELIEVE ME, I HAVE NO REASON TO LIE RIGHT NOW, I WASNT GOING TO MARRY THIS GUY, I WAS 22 AT THE TIME, IM 24 NOW, AND WAS JUST BEING IMMATURE. Needless to say, he confronted me with this information and told me I must talk to all guys like this etc. I told him that wasnt true, and that I had never met him and that I was younger and most importantly, a year and 3 months ago, I didnt know he was existant and he didnt know I was either, so how can he judge me for that!!???? DOESNT EVERYONE HAVE A PAST?? Keep in mind, this whole convo took place on MSN. He went on to block me on MSN, on Facebook, and 3 days later, changed his phone number!!!!!!!! I e mailed him a few times, first asking him why he did what he did,he responded that he had thought long and hard about it and made a final decision, so I left it alone for about 2 days and then couldnt help but e mail him again, this time I went on to the hate e mails, because like we all know, sometimes a girl uses her emotions before her mind!! He e mailed me telling me how much I hurt him in the e mails and that now there really was no chance of getting back together. I emailed him telling him that words are words, but his actions spoke a lot louder than my words...breakingf up with me, blocking me, refusing to communicate with me, changing his number, literally talking to me about marriage 4 hours before he so abruptly and insensitively broke up with me ONLINE. He went on to e mail me a few days later, this time telling me it wasnt my PAST....it was my behavior when I got upset and my reaction every time he mentioned his family. Keep in mind, I do have a temper sometimes, but have a great heart and neverrrrr hold a grudge, and he knew this very well. In regards to hsi family, I never showed anything other than respect for his family and they liked me a lot actually and I liked them. I feel like he just came up with excuses to break up with me,but his actions when he came to Boston both times were so the opposite, just full of love and affection and the way he looked at me was so loving, that I cant believe he broke up with me. It's been a month now, I still love him, I think about him, I even cry at times, but I know I need to move on, because he was able to give up on an entire future so quickly and that killed me....PLEASE HELP AND GIVE ME ADVICE!!!! </3
